Hey! Wir, Christoph und Richard, suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner! Wir sind beide voll berufstätig und würden uns freuen, wenn du selbst auch Student oder berufstätig bist. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, aber auch oft unterwegs. Besichtigungen machen wir nach Absprache und freuen uns auf euch! :)
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, die HU und die Charité sowie die Museumsinsel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer ist ruhig und hell. Es gibt eine Wohnküche und zwei Bäder sowie einen Fahrstuhl. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ganz in der Nähe und auch der Hauptbahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt.
Wir sitzen abends gerne mal zusammen. Es gibt einen Putzplan und wir teilen das Geld für Essen und WG-Bedarf. Die WG existiert seit vielen Jahren und hatte schon viele Bewohner.
