It's a great flat for anybody arriving in Berlin, allowing you to get a nice and clean place to stay with anmeldung and giving you the time to look for another (and potentially cheaper) apartment in the long run. You literally just need to bring your luggage as the apartment is fully equipped and furnished.
== ABOUT THE FLAT ==
The flat is spacious (100sqm), well decorated and fully furnished. It is located in a brand new building (less than 2 years) at the 5th floor. The rent is fully warm and includes fast internet, weekly cleaning, all electricity/water charges, a cellar to store boxes or larger items and has an indoor bike parking.
The kitchen is also brand new with latest generation appliances: oven, stove plates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, fume extractor, boiler, toaster and coffee machine. It comes with cutlery, plates, cups (water, wine, coffee cups), cutting boards, frying and sauce pans in different sizes. Plenty of space to store food individually.
There are 2 bathrooms: 1 large bathroom with one shower, one bathtub and one toilet. 1 small guest bathroom with one toilet and a washing machine (that also does dryer).
== ABOUT THE ROOM ==
Bright room that gets plenty of light in the afternoon and the evening. Window overlooking the garden which makes it very calm. There is a queen bed with an extra futon on top of the mattress which makes it very comfortable, a large wardrobe, a desk to get stuff done and a large Smart TV (with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Youtube etc...). You will get brand new bedding when entering the apartment.
== ABOUT THE LOCATION ==
The flat is technically in Mitte (by postal code) but I would rather say it belongs to Moabit. In terms of transportation, 3mins walk to bus stop + 10 mins to tram that will bring you to P-berg in 10 mins + 12 mins walk from Hauptbahnof with access to S-Bahn, Regional trains and ICE. Cool places around (5 mins walk): Kulturfabrik, Fritz-Schloß-Park (to chill, to run, skate park, climbing wall, swimming pool, tennis court, football court, tennis table, dog park, spa etc...), restaurants, bars, supermarket, several spati and beer gartens.
== ABOUT THE TENANTS ==
I am leaving the flat because I am moving abroad. I actually planned on staying just 3 months there, but ended up staying 2 years as I didn't want to have to deal with buying (and then selling) furniture in a non-furnished apartment. There are 3 other tenants. 2 men and 1 women. The spoken language of the flat is English but 2 of the tenants also speak German fluently. Very cool and laid back people but at the same time very respectful and tidy. They are actually very good friends of mine now.
== ABOUT THE CONTRACT ==
It is 3 months minimum but you can stay as long as you want. There is nothing else to pay on top of the 730e. You are welcome to visit the flat until mid-august. I will connect you with the landlord if you are interested in renting it!
