INTERNATIONALS WELCOME
Das Zimmer ist etwa 15 m2 gross mit Parkett und ist zum Innenhof/Garten mit Blick auf die Zionskirche ausgerichtet. Nachmittags scheint die Sonne rein. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock (ohne Fahrstuhl). Neben Bad und Küche gibt es zwei weitere Zimmer. In einem wohne ich, das andere bleibt als Wohn- und auch mal Gästezimmer frei. Die Wohnung ist mit knapp 60 m2 nicht riesig, aber gemütlich.
Es gibt außerdem eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine und ein Kellerabteil wo man z.B. ein Fahrrad lassen kann.
Da ich mich vor kurzem erst entschieden habe, es möbliert anzubieten, ist die Einrichtung sehr einfach. Ich werde im Laufe der Zeit noch nach mehr Möbeln schauen. Natürlich kannst du auch eigene Möbel mitbringen!
Generell hatte ich an eine Zwischenmiete von etwa 6 Monaten ab 1. März gedacht, aber die Zeiten sind flexibel
The room is 15 m2 with windows towards the garden and a lot of sun in the afternoon. The apartment is in the 5th floor without elevator. It's not big but cozy. There's a small bathroom and kitchen and two more rooms. One is mine and one can be used as living and guest room.
There's also a washing machine and dish washer, and a cellar compartment to leave a bicycle.
Since I just decided to rent out the room furnished, there is only basic furniture like a matress, desk and clothes rack. I will look for more stuff and you of course also bring you own...
Generally I thought of a rent period of about 6 months, starting on 1 March. But these times are flexible
Die Wohnung liegt im Norden von Mitte fast an der Grenze zu Prenzlauer Berg. Die Strasse ist als Fahrradstrasse ziemlich ruhig, es gibt um die Ecke mehrere nette Kneipen und Restaurants. Der Rosenthaler Platz und Senefelder Platz sind etwa 5-10 min zu Fuß, Hackescher Markt 20 min und mehrere Trams fahren in der Nähe ab.
Es gibt auch mehrere Supermärkte, die gleich in der Nähe sind (Lidl, Edeka, Denns,...).
The apartment is in the north of Mitte very close to Prenzlauer Berg. The street is a 'bicycle street' and thus rather quiet with lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Rosenthaler Platz and Senefelderplatz are about 5-10 min by feet, Hackescher Markt 20 min and various trams nearby.
There are also many supermarkets nearby (Lidl, Edeka, Denns, ...)
Ich bin Nico, 27, und wohne seit Sommer in der Wohnung. Ich bin am Ende meines Masters in Informatik und arbeite zwei Tage die Woche als Werkstudent in Kreuzberg (zurzeit fast ausschließlich von zuhause).
Ich habe davor zwei Jahre alleine gewohnt und habe das WG-Leben doch etwas vermisst. Ich suche jemanden, der offen und interessiert ist und seinen eigenen Lebensrhythmus hat, aber trotzdem ab und zu Lust hat zu quatschen, zusammen zu Essen, Trinken, etc...
Ich interessiere mich ansonsten sehr für Musik und spiele selber Klavier und Trompete. Das werde ich auch in der Wohnung üben. Ich probiere dabei soweit es geht Rücksicht zu nehmen, aber generell sollte es dich nicht zu sehr stören. Wenn du selber ein Instrument spielst, noch besser!
My name is Nico, I am 27 years old and I moved into the apartment this summer. I am towards the end of my master in computer science and I work two days a week in Kreuzberg (although right now a lot from home).
Before that I was living alone for almost two years and I kinda missed having a flatmate. I am looking for someone who is open and interested and likes to go out for a drink or food in the evening sometimes.
I am also interested in music and play piano and trumpet which I will practice in the apartment. I try to be as considerate as possible but it shouldn't bother you too much. If you play an instrument yourself, even better!
