Offering a room in our cool WG for 2-3 months starting March 1st!
The apartment is super spacious and modern in a very central location in Mitte (U2 spittelmarkt is just outside). You’re room is decently sized , furnished with a big bed and desk. Everything else is also fully furnished and there are 2 bathrooms for the 3 of us. The balcony is awesome.
We are two young students with part time jobs. We like to cook together and hang out but also respect each others space. Occasional home workout/yoga sessions in the living room you’re welcome to join ;p Music is often playing but not in sleeping or working hours. Looking for someone young with good energy, and cleanliness is very important!
The rent is 500 cold, and about 575 warm. Anmeldung is not possible. Send me a message if you’re interested! :)
