1 WG Zimmer in 2er WG, direkt am Mauerpark...ca. 30qm voll eingerichtet mit Hochwertigem Bett, High End TV, hochwertiger Couch + 10qm Balkon- ruhig und sonnig gelegen....die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einer Miele Waschmaschine, aktuellem Geschirrspüler und Fitnessstudio
Ansonsten hat die Wohnung Digital TV und DSL 250 Mbit was locker für beide reichen sollte.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten OG eines sanierten Altbaus und ist trotzdem sehr hell. Der Hinterhof ist sehr grün und ruhig (Siehe Fotos). Die Lage ist ist super zentral. In einer Minute stehe ich im Mauerpark und der Humboldthain ist ca. 10 minuten fussläufig entfernt. Der Buss ist in einer Minute erreichbar und die U8 ist 5 Minuten entfernt. 10 Minuten braucht man fussläufig zur Ringbahn, die vom Gesundbrunnen aus fährt und die Straßenbahn Richtung Hauptbahnhof fährt von der Bernauer Str. ab (7min). Also es gibt keine zentralere Lage, die auch noch so grün und ruhig ist, wie meine Wohnung.

Ich bin ein normal ordentlicher Mensch, der es gerne sauber hat. Ich kaufe immer im Gemeinschaftssinne ein was die Haushaltswaren betrifft. Ansonsten koche ich gerne auch füreinander. Alles kann genutzt werden. Mal miteinander, mal Privatsphäre, alles kann nichts muss.
