I sublet my huge sunny room, to a clean and quiet person, please treat my home with respect:)
We have a big kitchen with a small balcony, and a bathroom with a bathtub!
You can use the Epiano in my room if you want to.

I really don’t want any trouble with the neighbors so it is important to me to find someone who would describe themselves as quite and tidy:)
The flat is extremely quite, and situated between U Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz and U Weinmeisterstrasse on a “bicycle street” which is why there is almost no cars, and you mainly hear the birds chirping:)
You will be sharing the flat with Ozi a very kind and considerate individual, who is staying in Berlin till July because they are working for Theatertreffen.
We value a very friendly tone, like to keep the flat clean, and we share the chores in the flat rather spontaneously and by communicating instead of a fixed schedule.
Ozi has a huge heart, and is just someone you can feel safe and comfortable around:)
Please pay the rent in cash in advance when I give you the keys. 450€ per month.
The starting and ending dates are a few days flexible;)
Please only non - smokers!
I would prefer someone to stay until I come back.
