Liebe WG-suchenden,
Wir, Henrike (22) und Angelina (23) suchen für unsere tolle zentrale Wohnung eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in). Ein paar Worte über uns: beide hat es nach ein paar Jahren im Ausland letztes Jahr wieder zurück nach Deutschland gezogen. Henrike studiert an der Uni Jura und Angelina arbeitet als Unternehmensberaterin.
Wir wohnen momentan zu dritt in der WG, aber unser Mitbewohner Moritz verlässt uns leider bald. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und suchen auch jemanden der gerne am WG-Leben teilnimmt. Wenn du bei uns einziehst solltest du rücksichtsvoll und sauber sein.

We, Henrike (22) and Angelina (23) are looking for a new roommate for our new, central apartment. After living abroad for a few years, we both moved back to Germany last year where Henrike is now studying law and Angelina is working as a business consultant
We are currently three people living here, however, our flatmate Moritz is leaving us soon. We are not a 'Zweck-WG' and are looking for someone to take part in our WG-life. If you would like to move in here, you should be considerate and clean.

Das Zimmer ist unglaublich zentral gelegen. Man ist nur ein Sprung vom Rosenthaler Platz und somit allen Öffis entfernt. Orte wie die Museumsinsel, Hackescher Markt sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Supermärkte wie Lidl, Edeka und Rewe und alle anderen Läden die man sich braucht sind in der Nähe.
The localtion is incredibly central. The Rosenthaler Platz, from where you can take lots of public transport is just a minute away. Places like the museum island and Hackescher Markt are all walking distance. Supermarkets including Lidl, Edeka and Rewe and all other stores you may need are closeby.
Momentan ist bei uns viel Home-Studium und Homeoffice angesagt, daher sind wir viel Zuhause. Wir sind immer für einen Koch- oder Filmabend zu haben oder für ein Pancake Frühstück am Wochenende. Sonst hat aber jeder auch seinen eigenen Alltag.
We are currently studying and working from home and are therefore home a lot. We are always up for a dinner or movie night or a pancake brunch on the weekend. Everyone still has their own daily life though.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, der Stuhl und Schreibtisch aus dem Foto gehören aber Moritz, ein anderer Tisch und Stuhl werden in dem Zimmer sein. Eine Reinigungskraft kommt alle zwei Wochen die Wohnung reinigen (Kosten im Mietpreis enthalten)
Das Zimmer wäre ab dem 17. Juli bezugsbereit. Es ideal wenn jemand ab dem 1. August den Vertrag übernehmen könnte.
The room is furnished, the chair and desk from the photos belong to Moritz, another table and chair will be in the room. A cleaning person is cleaning the apartment every two weeks (costs are included in the rent)
The room will be free starting July 17th, it would be ideal if someone can take over the lease starting August 1st.
