The apartment is located at the back of the building courtyard, on the right side, on the 4th floor of the building. There is bike parking in the courtyard. The room is completely furnished as shown in the photos. It has two sets of bedsheets/pillow covers. Clean towels are available. The flat has wifi, and all utility costs are included in the price. There is a small desk and wardrobe inside.
The first month will be sublet from me (for August only) after which a new contract can be made with the landlord to stay until June 2022. Anmeldung will also be possible from September onwards (when the new contract is made).
The flat is convenient situated close by restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores. There is a Kiezmarkt 100 meters away, a Rewe 450 meters away, and an Al Natur 300 meters away.
It is just 3 minutes away walking from Oranienburger Tor station and 6 minutes walking to Oranienburger Straße station. However, you can get pretty much anywhere just with a bike.
It is also just 10 minutes walking to Monbijou park, with Hackescher Markt and Museum Island just a bit further than that as well.
You'll be living in a clean, simple Altbau with white walls and wooden floors. You will be sharing the flat with my current flatmate, Anna. She is a 24 y/o consultant from Ukraine. She's super nice to be around, quiet, and clean. We expect the same from you. The room should be returned in the same condition you receive it.
The apartment has everything you should need. Kitchen with a stove (4 heating zones), microwave, kettle, plates, cups, pans, etc. The bathroom has a hair dryer and washing machine. There is shower gel/body cream, and clean towels are available.
