Hi an alle, die ab dem 01.01.2022 auf der Suche nach einem gemütlichen Zimmer sind!
Wir vermieten ein schönes Zimmer in einer 2-Zimmerwohnung mit Wohnküche, direkt am Rosenthaler Platz (im Herzen von Berlin).
DIE WOHNUNG:
Mein Freund, ich und unsere 3-jährige Tochter leben in einer wunderschönen Altbauwohnung im Berliner Zentrum. Wir haben eine Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und sogar gefiltertes, energetisiertes Wasser (also ihr müsst kein Wasser mehr kaufen und schleppen!). In deinem Zimmer steht ein 120x200 Bett und deine Anziehsachen / und sonstiges kannst du im großen offenen Schrank verstauen. Außerdem schaut das Zimmer direkt in den Hinterhof - ideal für die ruhigen Nächste. UND es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, wo du toll frühstücken kannst. DIE WOHNUNG IST AUF ZEIT, DENN WIR ZIEHEN IM FEBRUAR AUS UND WANDERN AUS!
DIE UMGEBUNG:
Der Rosenthaler Platz ist wirklich sehr bunt und spannend. Es ist für mich persönlich DIE BESTE Gegend! Die U-Bahn befindet sich 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Bio Supermarkt 1 Minute zu Fuß. Ansonsten ist die Straße voller Leben, Cafés, Restaurant, Galerien, etc. Aber es gibt hier auch viel Grün. Der Weinsbergplatz lädt zum Chillen ein, dort gibt es einen Park zum Spazierengehen, ein Cafe und einen Kinderspielplatz.
WEN WIR SUCHEN / WER WIR SIND:
Wir freuen uns sehr, wenn ihr etwas über euch erzähl!t!! Wir sind ein junges Paar (35/40 Jahre) und arbeiten beide im kreativen Bereich. Unsere Tochter geht immer in den Kindergarten und wir sind meistens abends zu Hause, kochen, quatschen, relaxen... Wenn wir nicht bei der Oma oder Freunden sind.

Hi to all who are looking for a cozy room from 01.01.2022!
We rent a nice room in a 2-room apartment with eat-in kitchen, directly at Rosenthaler Platz (in the heart of Berlin).
THE APARTMENT:
My boyfriend, me and our 3-year-old daughter live in a beautiful old apartment in the center of Berlin. We have an eat-in kitchen with a washer, dryer, and even filtered, energized water (so you don't have to buy and haul water anymore!). In your room there is a 120x200 bed and you can store your clothes / and other stuff in the big open closet. Also, the room looks directly into the backyard - perfect for quiet nights. AND there is a small balcony where you can have a great breakfast. THE APARTMENT IS TEMPORARY BECAUSE WE ARE MOVING OUT AND MIGRATING IN FEBRUARY!
THE SURROUNDINGS:
Rosenthaler Platz is really very colorful and exciting. It is THE BEST neighborhood for me personally! The subway is 2 minutes walk. The organic supermarket 1 minute walk. Otherwise the street is full of life, cafes, restaurant, galleries, etc. But there is also a lot of green here. Weinsbergplatz invites you to chill out, there is a park for walking, a cafe and a children's playground.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR / WHO WE ARE:
We are very happy if you tell something about yourselves!!! We are a young couple (35/40 years) and both work in the creative field. Our daughter always goes to kindergarten and we are usually at home in the evening, cooking, chatting, relaxing.... When we are not with grandma or friends.
