Hey there !
We are renting out a furnished room from the 5th til the end of January.
In the room you can find a bed , a cupboard and and desk with a chair to work on.
The room is bright and quite big like the rest of the flat which is 185qm in total.
The costs for the length of your stay is about 460 EUR incl. all costs such as electricity and internet.
The apartment includes a huge bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a kitchen, a living room and a dining room.
The wooden floor and the huge windows create a nice Altbau atmosphere! :-)
The flat i close to the U8 station Bernauer Straße.
In January there will be Cile, Shefika and Joana living here.
Cile studies Philosophy if she isn't busy making music. She is currently working on her new project why she works from home now.
Shefika studies Psychology at a private university why she is busy very often.
Joana also lives here temporary until the end of january. She comes from Portugal and arrived here couple of month ago. She is looking for a job now.
All of us are around 24 years old. Cile and Shefika do also speak german. Joana speaks portuguese and english!
The atmosphere is very friendly. Living together doenst only include sharing a flat but also talking a lot or spending time in our freetime. Cile, Shefika and Joana are very sweet, nice and open minded! You can have a lot of fun with these girls !
We are LGBTQAI*-friendly and open for internationals!
