Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß und hat einen eigenen privaten Balkon 8mit weiteren 10qm). Ich habe das Zimmer inzwischen etwas umgestellt, jetzt wirkt das Zimmer noch etwas größer. Es ist alles inklusive und voll möbliert: Ein kleiner Schreibtisch, das Bett (und Bettwäsche) und der Schrank. In der Miete ist alles inklusive, du brauchst dir keine Gedanken um Heizkosten, Wasser, WLAN oder andere Nebenkosten zu machen.
The room has 12qm and another maybe 10qm on the private balcony. I rearranged the room recently, now it has more space. Everything is included in the room: the desk, the bed (including bedding) and the wardrobe. The rent is including everything, you don't need to worry about heating, water, wifi or other upcoming costs.

Die WG liegt in Berlin Mitte direkt am Märkischen Ufer. Die nächsten Stationen sind Jannowitzbrücke (2 min zu Fuß) und Märkisches Museum (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Ihr könnt hier folgende Verbindungen nutzen: U2, U8, S3, S5, S7 und S9. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 10 Minuten mit der S-Bahn.
The flat is in Berlin Mitte directly at the „Märkisches Ufer“. The surrounding stations are Jannowitzbrücke (2 min walk) and Märkisches Museum (5 min walk). From here, you can take the U2, U8, S3, S5, S7 and S9. To Berlin Main station (Hauptbahnhof), it takes 10 minutes.

Ich liebe meine Mitbewohner sehr. Wir veranstalten ab und zu einen Filme-Abend, kochen zusammen, gehen was trinken oder verbringen den Abend in der Küche. Im Laufe des Aprils werden drei neue Personen einziehen.
I love my flat members really much. We do a movie night one in a while, cook together, go out for drinks or spend the night together in the kitchen. During April, three new persons will move in.
Da ich selber ausziehe (ziehe in meine eigene Wohnung) und meine Kündigungsfrist verpasst habe, muss ich dieses Zimmer untervermieten bis ich vertraglich kündigen darf - die WG ist Agenturvermietet und ich haben den Vertrag mit der Agentur geschlossen. Du selber wirst einen Untermietvertrag mit mir schließen.
I am moving out (I found my own flat) and missed the notice period. That is why I need to sublet the room. The flat is rented by an agency and I have a contract with them. You would have a contract with me.
