Das helle Zimmer liegt ruhig in den Innenhof. Das Wohnzimmer hat Balkon. Das Zimmer wird auf Wunsch mit einem 140x200cm Bett, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl (Designklassikern), Kommode oder Regal und einer Kleiderstange ausgestattet.
In 2 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn (M5, 12) und U-Bahn (U6). Zum Biomarkt und auch Supermarkt (City Rewe) sind es ca 5 Gehminuten. Auch Reinigung, Änderungsschneiderei, Post sind in Laufnähe. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Spätis findet man in der angrenzenden, belebten Torstraße. Die Bahnhöfe Friedrichstraße, Nordbahnhof und auch der Zentral-Hauptbahnhof sind schnell zu erreichen.
Ich bin als Kreativer mit einem eigenen Office in Berlin tagsüber meist nicht da und auch viel unterwegs, so dass du die 90qm Wohnung auch oft für dich alleine hast. Gegenseitige Sympathie wird vorausgesetzt, da ich keine Zweck-WG suche. Für gelegentliche gemeinsame Kochabende, bei gutem Wein und netten Gesprächen bin ich natürlich auch zu haben.
Die Whg bzw das Zimmer kann ab sofort gerne besichtigt werden. Zeitlich bin ich flexibel. Das Zimmer kann möbiliert, aber auch unmöbiliert vermietet werden. Je nach Bedarf...Im von außen nicht zugänglichem Hinterhof kann man außerdem sein Fahrrad sicher anschließen.
