The room is 10 square meters and furnished. There are also two bathrooms in the flat as well as a main room and kitchen.
The flat faces a quiet courtyard just a few blocks from Alexanderplatz, so you get the best of both worlds. The building is a renovated East German apartment block and there is some iconography of the era in the courtyard below. It is mostly families and expats living in the area. However, since it is only a few blocks away from Alexanderplatz, you can easily get anywhere in the city that you want!
The current main tenant has a contract until end of April and then he will move out. It is possible to take the contract afterwards if there is interest. The flat has enough space to make a cool wg, since there are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and a big common area.
The elevator is under repair but we get a 10% discount on the rent until it works again. Keep this in mind, since the flat is on the 8th floor.
