Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und voll möbliert, inkl. TV, Stereoanlage, Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc.
Fahrradkeller vorhanden.
Die Miete beträgt 600 Euro warm.
Perfekte Lage. U-Bahn und S-Bahn Oranienburger Tor zu Fuß nur 1 min entfernt. Haltestelle Friedrichsstraße ca. 10min. Zahlreiche Bäcker, Imbisse und Restaurants sowie weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe
Dein Mitbewohner ist ein jung gebliebener Herr Mitte sechzig, der beruflich im Bereich Kunst und Kultur aktiv ist (www.facebook.com/holger.jacobs1).
Das Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt und unkompliziert. Man nimmt auf einander Rücksicht und man unterhält sich ab und an.
Ich selber bin 34 und wirklich gerne hier. Ich ziehe mit meiner Freundin zusammen und verlasse deswegen die WG.
