There are countless cafés, bars, galleries and restaurants in the neighborhood and you have several parks in the immediate vicinity.
The neighborhood is generally very diverse and offers everything your heart desires. For shopping there is a large market hall with a huge Rewe, as well as a Netto and Edeka and others nearby.
The tenant community is also very pleasant and consists exclusively of relaxed, young neighbors. Five of the apartments in the building are occupied by good friends (mainly artists) and there is a friendly relationship with all the tenants.

Hello hello, we (Sam & Dom ) are two musicians who have been living together in Berlin for some time and are now looking for a new roommate :)
Due to our jobs we are both often on tour at weekends or for a few weeks and therefore love to come home, check in with each other and have a good time together. We enjoy cooking with friends, taking in the art and culture on offer in the city and also like to go dancing when we're in town at the weekend. Because of our jobs, it's important for both of us to have a retreat at home and not to be a party spot or after-hours location.
Hello hello, wir (Sam & Dom ) sind zwei Musiker die seit einiger Zeit zusammen in Berlin leben ) und jetzt auf der Suche nach einer/einem neuen zwischenmieter/in sind :)
Durch unseren Job sind wir beide häufig am Wochenende oder für ein paar Wochen auf Tour und lieben es daher umso mehr zuhause anzukommen, miteinander einzuchecken und eine schöne Zeit zusammen zu haben. Wir kochen gerne mit Freunden, nehmen die Kunst & Kultur Angebote der Stadt war und gehen auch gerne mal tanzen wenn man in der Stadt ist am Wochenende. Uns beiden ist auf Grund unseres Jobs wichtig, zuhause einen Rückzugsort zu haben und keinen Partyspot oder afterhour Location zu sein.
