Ich biete ein möbliertes Zimmer mit eigener Terrase in meiner Dachgeschoss-Wohnung an. Das Zimmer ist circa 20 m2 und die dazugehöhrende Terrase 10m2 gross. Nur du hast Zugang zu der Terrasse. Diese gehört zu deinem Zimmer.
Ich bin der Hauptmieter der Wohnung. Die Voraussetzung für eine langfristige Übernahme des Zimmers ist, dass das Zusammenleben in der WG harmonisch ist. Das heißt auch, du bist ein sauberer, rücktsichtvoller und unkomplizierter Mensch. Am besten eine berufstätige Person oder ein fleißiger Stundent/Akademiker. Das große Zimmer ist teilmöbliert. Selbstverständlich sind die Küche, Bad und Essbereich verfügbar. In der Wohnung ist alles zu finden, was man so braucht. Internet, Küchensachen, Möbel,Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist die U6 Naturkundemuseum, in 10Minuten der Haupbahnhof zu erreichen. Die Nachbarschaft ist wohlhabend und sicher.
In der Wohnung wohnen auch zwei Hunde, mit denen du nie zu tun haben müsstest. Die sind trainiert und bellen fast nie. Manchmal nur kurz, wenn jemand klingelt. Sie sind immer mit mir in meinem Zimmer oder mit mir bei der Arbeit. Das ist der Grund, warum wir eine Person suchen, die weder Parties noch jeden Tag Menschen in die Wohnung einlädt. Dies stresst die Hunde.
Der Gesamtbetrag für das Zimmer ist 750 Euro, alles inklusive.

I offer one furnished room in a big apartment: it is a large room (20 m2) with its own terrace.(10m2) You are the only one who has access to the terrace. It is part of your room.
We look for a quiet person. Either a working person or a discipline student. No parties allowed! I live with two trained and quiet dogs, who are always with me in my room or with me at work. The dogs are quiet and you would never have to deal with them. The dogs are the reason why we look for someone quiet. Constantly new people in the apartment stress the dogs. We would love to live with someone, who doesn't need to celebrate parties or social events at home. Berlin offers a lot of options for these social needs.
One female roommate is an architecture student from France. She is quit, studious and friendly. The apartment is almost 100 qm. Each roommate has his space and quietness. The area is excellent. It is a very affluent neighborhood. No social problems or noise at all. The apartment is on the 4. Floor without elevator.
We are looking for a clean and quiet person.
In the apartment you find everything you need: internet, kitchen items, washing machine, dishwasher, furniture, ...
The flat is in a quiet and central area. Just 5 minutes away from the U6 "Naturkundemuseum" and 10 minutes from "Hauptbahnhof"
