Hi there
I'm subletting my cozy room in 3 WG house for around 6 months, from 28th Jun - 23rd Dec.
The room has a big window and a door to the balcony, one queen size bed, a big desk and a closet.
+Two monitors, pullup bar, yoga mat :)
Our lovely flat is on the 18th floor in the high apartment locates in Stadtmitte, the central of Berlin.
- 7min from U2 Stadtmitte, Hausvogteiplatz stations
- 7min from U6 Stadtmitte
- 1min from bus station
- 9min from checkpoint charlie station
Lidl, rewe, rossmann, DM, , mcDonald, KFC, etc. Everything for your city life in max 10min by walk.
You will stay with two lovely housemates, Elena and Julius, both are working in IT field.
They are very relaxed & easy going & full of love and happiness people. :)
We have two bathroom so there is no battle for the toilet.
And two balconies as well.
* Weed or any kind of magic pills are not welcome here, neither heavy crazy party at home.
It would be great for both of you and us if we can have coffee together before the decision.
