This apartment has a great location at Rosenthaler Strasse, and it is still very quiet with a green backyard. It is furnished and has rough concrete walls. I like the place a lot but I am temporarily moving out. The room is approx. 15m2 and it has a 4.5m2 balcony.
The other room is occupied by a very quiet woman (around 30). I think it would work best if you used the space for resting and being peaceful.
I prefer someone who comes to Berlin temporarily and can move in in May and stay at least four months, better 8 months.
Kitchen and bathroom are modern and each have a window. It is not possible to get an "Anmeldung"/Registration unfortunately.
Extremely well located, right in the center of Mitte, U8 is 100m away. Still quiet and sunny because it is faced towards a large and green backyard.
Please no dogs / cats / birds / rats.
