Hi,
I Antoniya (26 years old) and Xioyan (27 years old) are looking for a new flatmate!
The available room is 10-12 square meters big, and it is fully furnished.
The common areas include a kitchen and a bathroom. The price of the room is 400€ per month (warm rent). The deposit for the room is 500€. However, the landlord wants us to pay for 3 months in one go. Meaning that on the 1st of September a payment for September/October and November needs to be given and in December a payment for December/ January/ February needs to be given. The contract is signed for 6 months with the opportunity to extend it for another 6 months after.
Important note: There is no washing machine inside the flat but there is a common washing area in the building.
The apartment is close to the bus station Köpenicker Str./Adalbertstr (around 3- or 4-minute walk) and 9-minute walk to U-Bahn Heinrich-Heine-Straße.
There are Lidl and Edeka within around 10-minutes-walk distance.
It is close to Engelbecken Park and St. Michael's Church, with quite a good view in the summer.
We are both students - I am in my masters in Neuroscience and Xioyan is doing her PhD in bioinformatics area so at this point our life is mostly preoccupied with our studies. Since the flat is so central there are a lot of opportunities around:
- Yoga studios
- Boulder Halles
- Street food markets
- Galleries/ Museums
so we can always try to arrange something fun to do as a flat every now and then.
Of course it is of importance to state that we take cleaning very seriously in the flat. We have a weekly schedule and we buy all the cleaning products together so being part of the flat means being part of the schedule. We can further discuss this upon meeting!
We would like to arrange viewings this upcoming weekend and the start of next week. So please let us know what your availability is.
