Das Zimmer ist ca. 17,75 qm groß und bereits mit einem PVC Fußbodenbelag, zwei Regalen, einem IKEA-Billy Regal mit Türen, zwei Kommoden, einem großen runden Tisch mit vier Stühlen und zwei Sesseln eingerichtet. Wobei das Billy-Regal nicht komplett leer sein wird. Ein Bett wird nicht zur Verfügung gestellt, allerdings bietet der Raum genügend Platz noch eines aufzubauen.
Außerdem hat das Zimmer einen möblierten Balkon, auf dem wir zur Zeit auch Gemüse und Kräuter angepflanzt haben.
Der Rest der Wohnung ist bereits modern ausgestattet und die Gemeinschaftsräume wie Küche und Bad können samt Inventar genutzt werden. Das heißt die Küche ist möbliert und mit Geschirr ausgestattet, es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Staubsauger, die du gerne mit nutzen kannst.

La chambre fait environ 17,75 m2 et est déjà équipée d'un revêtement de sol en PVC, de deux étagères, d'une étagère IKEA-Billy avec portes, de deux commodes, d'une grande table ronde avec quatre chaises et de deux fauteuils. L'étagère Billy ne sera pas complètement vide. Un lit n'est pas mis à disposition, mais la pièce offre suffisamment de place pour en installer un autre.
En outre, la chambre dispose d'un balcon meublé, sur lequel nous avons actuellement planté des légumes et des herbes aromatiques.
Le reste de l'appartement est déjà équipé de manière moderne et les pièces communes comme la cuisine et la salle de bain peuvent être utilisées avec leur inventaire. Cela signifie que la cuisine est meublée et équipée de vaisselle, il y a une machine à laver et un aspirateur que tu peux volontiers utiliser.

The room measures about 17,75 square meters and haalready furnished with a PVC flooring, two shelves, an IKEA Billy shelf with doors, two chests of drawers, a large round table with four chairs and two armchairs. However the Billy shelf will not be completely empty. A bed is not provided, however, the room offers enough space to build one.
In addition, the room has a furnished balcony, where we currently also planted vegetables and herbs.
The common rooms like kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished. That means, the kitchen includes dishes, there are a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner that you can use as well.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, da sie sich im Zentrum von Berlin befindet. In fünf oder sieben Minuten ist man zu den nächsten U- Bahn Stationen gelaufen und kann mit der U2 oder U8 schnell an weitere Verkehrsmittel anknüpfen. Außerdem gibt es verschiedene Bushaltestellen, die zu Fuß bequem erreichbar sind.
In ca. 20 Minuten kann man sogar zum Alex oder zur Jannowitzbrücke laufen und von dort direkt die S–Bahn nehmen, wenn man zuvor etwas spazieren will.
Mit Netto, Alnatura, Lidl, Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann und Denn's in der unmittelbaren Umgebung sollte auch für jeden die passende Einkaufsmöglichkeit dabei sein.
Für Mitte ist es eine erstaunlich grüne Gegend, mit einer Liegewiese nebenan und einem kleinen Sportplatz. Außerdem kann man auch schnell mal zur Spree laufen.

L'appartement est parfaitement situé puisqu'il se trouve au centre de Berlin. En cinq ou sept minutes, on marche jusqu'aux stations de métro les plus proches et on peut rapidement prendre les lignes U2 ou U8 pour rejoindre d'autres moyens de transport. Il y a également plusieurs arrêts de bus facilement accessibles à pied.
En 20 minutes environ, on peut même marcher jusqu'à Alex ou Jannowitzbrücke et de là, prendre directement le S-Bahn si on veut se promener un peu avant.
Avec Netto, Alnatura, Lidl, Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann et Denn's dans les environs immédiats, chacun devrait trouver la possibilité de faire ses courses.
Pour Mitte, c'est un quartier étonnamment vert, avec une pelouse à côté et un petit terrain de sport. En outre, on peut aussi se rendre rapidement à pied jusqu'à la Spree.

The flat is located in the centre of Berlin. To reach a metro station youhave to walk about five or seven minutes. With the U2 or U8 you can connect to other public transports.
In addition there are different bus stations near the flat and if you like to walk 20 minutes you can take the S-Bahn from the stations Jannowitzbrücke or Alexanderplatz.
For grocery shopping there are different stores like Netto, Alnatura, Lidl, Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann und Denn's nearby.
Even a park and a little sports field are in front of the flat.
Ich möchte erstmal weniger über mich schreiben und viel mehr über dich erfahren.
Ich bin 23 Jahre alt und Studentin. Meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin geht nun für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland und ich kann mir ebenfalls vorstellen eine Austauschstudentin in unserer WG willkommen zu heißen. Ich spreche Französisch und Englisch und freue mich über kulturellen Austausch. Wichtig ist mir, dass du Nichtraucher bist, keine Haustiere hast, und dich auf das WG Leben freust!

Pour l'instant, j'aimerais moins écrire sur moi et en savoir beaucoup plus sur toi.
J'ai 23 ans et je suis étudiante. Ma colocataire actuelle part maintenant à l'étranger pour six mois et je peux également m'imaginer accueillir une étudiante d'échange dans notre colocation. Je parle français et anglais et j'apprécie les échanges culturels. Ce qui est important pour moi, c'est que tu ne fumes pas, que tu n'as pas d'animaux domestiques et que tu as hâte de vivre en colocation !
Qui es-tu ? Tu viens de Berlin ? Qu'est-ce que tu fais ici ? Comment te représentes-tu la vie en colocation ? Et peux-tu me décrire une journée de ton quotidien ?

I don't want to write much about me but at first learn some more about you.
I am 23 years old and a student. My current roommate is now going abroad for half a year and I can also imagine welcoming an exchange student in our shared flat. I speak French and English and am happy about cultural exchange.
For me it's important that you are a non-smoker, you don't own any pets and that you look forward to sharing a flat.
