Room is rather small (sorry for the messy pictures, the previous tenants are still living there currently). Nevertheless, there is sufficient space for a queen size bed, wardrobe, desk (maybe even a yoga mat). It's not facing the street so it's rather quiet .
Located at Ackerstrasse in Mitte it is pretty central. Big supermarket nearby and many restaurants etc. (just google)
We're 2 Germans (I'm from Berlin) with a background in Business Administrations who are working in startups. During the week we're at work most of the time and like to go out on the weekends. We're working out mosts mornings and come back from work rather late (10ish), so we are not in the flat often. Still we'd like you to be someone who is easy going and is also open to spend time on the weekends with us. Since we're working full time we'd prefer that you aren't bringing many people who stay past 12 during the week (in case you are a student etc.). Also please be open for getting a cleaning lady who comes once a week because we don't really have time/like doing it ourselves.
