Die Wohnung ist eine frisch sanierte, helle Altbauwohnung im 2. OG Vorderhaus. Insgesamt 138 qm. Zu vermieten ist ein helles Zimmer (25 qm) mit sehr schönem Blick ins Grüne und auf ein historisches Backsteingebäude. Himmelsrichtung ist Südost. Das Zimmer ist spärlich möbliert und bietet, falls nötig, noch Platz für eigene Möbel. Die Wohnung ist weitläufig, und wenn man seine Ruhe haben will, bekommt man eigentlich nichts voneinander mit. Es gibt zwei Bäder, eine gemeinsame Küche und ein großes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer.

I am looking for a female roommate – from 1st October 2022 onwards - for my spacious apartment in an old building in Mitte, about 5 minutes from the underground station Bernauer Str.
The apartment, on the 2nd floor of the front building, is newly renovated. In total 138 sqm.
I am subletting a bright room (25 sqm) with a beautiful view to the trees and a historic brick building.The room is sparsely furnished and still offers space for your own furniture, if necessary. The apartment is spacious and if you want peace and quiet you don't really hear anything from each other. There are two bathrooms, a shared kitchen and a large shared living room.
Sehr zentrale aber ruhge Lage in Berlin Mitte. Nahe U 8 Bernauerstraße, M10, Nordbahnhof S1, S2
Ich freue mich auf ein Zusammenwohnen, bei dem jeder seinen Dingen nachgeht und man sich aber auch gerne hin und wieder am Küchentisch zum Quatschen begegnet. Eine offene und ehrliche Kommunikation ist mir absolut wichtig.
Ich bin 48 und arbeite im Bereich Kunst, Kultur und Soziales. Ich lebe vegetarisch und suche jemanden, der zumindest zuhause kein Fleisch isst und sich Gedanken über Nachhaltigkeit macht.
