It´s a Commuter Room with own private bathroom, only available from Monday to Friday of each week!
For people who live outside of Berlin and have to come for work to Berlin and looking for a place to stay during the week.
Very important: A cat lives in the living room and kitchen. He is very kind and never scratches or bites.

Wichtig: Mein lieber, ruhiger Britisch Kurzhaar Kater wohnt auch hier. Er hat noch nie gekratzt oder gebissen und ist eher schüchtern.
Biete ein großes, helles Zimmer teilmöbliert inklusive eigenem (!), renovierten Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, in einer superschönen Traumwohnung an!
Das Zimmer selber hat 20qm, das Bad ca 6qm.
Schreibtisch mit Bürostühl, Regale und Schrank sind vorhanden, Bett müsste mitgebracht werden. Kann aber auch komplett unmöbliert vermietet werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im angesagten aber trotzdem ruhigen Sprengelkiez. Es gibt auf knapp 100qm einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit vollausgestatteter Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, gemütlichem Sofa und großem TV für entspannte Netflixabende. Zudem gibt es eine sonnige Dachterasse. Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Schnelles Wlan steht natürlich auch zur Verfügung. Einen Fahrstuhl gibt es auch (nicht komplett barrierefrei).
Sie befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Mitte nähe des Virchow Klinikums und der Beuth Hochschule. Hauptbahnhof super in 10min mit dem Fahrrad oder in 15min mit dem Bus erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustüre und die U9 ist nur 5min Fußweg entfernt. Ebenso sind die U6 und die S Bahn gut zu Fuß erreichbar., Diverse Cafes, Bars und Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die Spree sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
It is centrally located in Mitte near the Virchow Clinic and the Beuth University. A bus stop is right outside the front door and the U9 is only a 5-minute walk away. Also U6 and S Bahn/Train are in a walking distance. Edeka, various cafes, bars and restaurants as well as the Spree are also in the immediate vicinity.
Ich suche eine/n rücksichtsvolle/n, nette/n Mitbewohner/in. Gerne mal zusammen kochen, essen oder auch etwas die Stadt abends nach der Arbeit erkunden. Ich wohne schon länger in Berlin und kann einige Tipps geben und schöne Ecken zeigen. Kann aber auch jeder sein eigenes Ding machen, da bin ich flexibel. Eine gewisse Tierliebe für Katzen sollte vorhanden sein.
