Wir möchten vom 25.10 bis 21.11 unsere schöne, helle, und geräumige Wohnung vollmöbliert für 1-2 Personen vermieten. Sie befindet sich im angesagten aber trotzdem ruhigen Sprengelkiez. Auf 70qm findet ihr einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit vollausgestatteter Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, gemütlichem Sofa und großem TV für entspannte Netflixabende. Zudem gibt es eine Dachterasse mit Blick in den grünen Innenhof und über die Dächer Berlins. Für die musikalischen unter euch steht eine Gitarre und ein e-Piano zur Verfügung.
Desweiteren gibt es ein Arbeitszimmer mit zwei Schreibtischen und Bürostühlen fürs Homeoffice und einem 1,40m breitem Bett mit entweder weicher oder fester Matratze, je nach Wunsch.
Im modernen Tageslichtbad könnt ihr mit Blick aus dem Dachfenster ein warmes Bad in der Badewanne genießen.
Schnelles Wlan steht natürlich auch zur Verfügung. Einen Fahrstuhl gibt es auch (nicht komplett barrierefrei).
We would like to rent our beautiful, bright and spacious apartment fully furnished for 1-2 people from October 25th to November 21st. It's located in the hip but still quiet Sprengelkiez. On 70 sqm you will find a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a comfortable sofa and a large TV for relaxed Netflix evenings. There is also a roof terrace with a view of the green courtyard and the roofs of Berlin. For the musical ones among you there is a guitar and an e-piano available.
There is also a study with two desks and office chairs for the home office and a 1.40m wide bed with either a soft or firm mattress, depending on your preference.
In the modern daylight bathroom you can enjoy a warm bath in the bathtub with a view from the skylight.
Fast WiFi is of course also available as well as an elevator (not completely barrier-free).
Sie befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Mitte nähe des Virchow Klinikums und der Beuth Hochschule. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustüre und die U9 ist nur 5min Fußweg entfernt. Ebenso sind die U6 und die S Bahn gut zu Fuß erreichbar., Diverse Cafes, Bars und Restaurants sowie die Spree sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
It is centrally located in Mitte near the Virchow Clinic and the Beuth University. A bus stop is right outside the front door and the U9 is only a 5-minute walk away. Also U6 and S Bahn/Train are in a walking distance. Edeka, various cafes, bars and restaurants as well as the Spree are also in the immediate vicinity.
