Hi, as I am leaving my room for good I am looking for a replacement while we are waiting for the new tenant to arrive by the end of November. There is a possible extension as the move-in date of the new tenant is not fixed (might be 1-2 months later). Therefore no Anmeldung possible.
The room is big (around 20 sqm) and bright I would really recommend it and the wooden wall gives it a lot of charm.
The room is rented with a single bed (with sheets and blankets), a small wardrobe, a desk and a chair. If you have your own furniture you are free to bring them but just keep in mind that it's on the 4th floor with no elevator.
The flat is located on Torstraße between Rosa-Luxembourg Platz and Rosenthaler Platz. It is very well connected. At the border between Mitte and Prenzlauer it is a nice place to live. There is basically everything in walking distance as Alexanderplatz is 10 minutes away.
My roommates are quiet People. One of them is currently writing her thesis. This means that if you are looking for a party flat this is definitely not the place. Appart from that everyone is nice, we often spend time together in the living room after work or enjoy some time on the balcony.
There is a cleaning rotation which mean that every week someone has to clean the flat. This means the kitchen, bathroom and living room. This means that it would be your turn eventually.
