As im taking a new job in Frankfurt, I’m moving out of my gorgeous room in my wonderful flat in Berlin Mitte. I really loved living here and I am sure, you will do, too.
The flat has a large and bright living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small room for the washing machine.
I would like to leave my furniture in the flat, so your room comes furnished with all you need- large box spring bed and smart TV included.
The living room is equipped with designer furniture.
You have your own bathroom and a walk in closet with big closet.
The flat is in the (in my opinion) nicest part of Mitte. You are 3min away from subway Rosa-Luxemburg Platz and 7min away from Weinmeisterstraße. You can reach Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt in 10min.
The area is very lively with many shops, good restaurants and bars. There really is no better spot in Berlin in my opinion.
As my roommate is moving out as well, it is not entirely clear who will move in, but it will be a nice person :)
You can rent the room long-term.
For now, I’m staying the main tenant of the flat because i want to leave some things there. Long-term you might be able to take over the flat if you like.
