Das Haus ist ein Neubau und hochwertig (keine Platte).

Your room is about 15 square meters. You are welcome to use the wardrobe. Your room has its own toilet. The entire apartment has about 97 square meters, has a large kitchen, a super large sunny balcony, a small balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet for you alone. Everything is included in the rent. Netflix, internet, underfloor heating, elevator, basement.
The house is new construction and high quality (no Platte).
Sehr ruhige Lage und doch super zentral.
Die nächste Ubahn Station heißt Stadtmitte und ist 5 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen.
Der 200er Bus ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen.
Lidl und Rossmann ist um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Shopping Meile Friedrichstraße und in der Nähe von Potsdamer Platz.

The nearest subway station is called Stadtmitte and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
The 200 bus can be reached in 2 minutes.
Lidl and Rossmann is around the corner.
The apartment is close to the shopping mile Friedrichstraße and close to Potsdamer Platz.
Du wirst mit meiner Schwester zusammen wohnen. Sie ist 32 Jahre und im Home Office, ist aber auch sehr oft bei ihrem Freund., d.h. du hast sehr oft die ganze Wohnung für dich alleine. Wenn meine Schwester zuhause ist, wohnt auch Maylo (genannt Wurmi, 10 Jahre alter Chihuahua) in der Wohnung. Wir schätzen ein ruhiges und respektvolles Zusammenleben. Gekocht wird Vegetarisch. Parties sind unerwünscht.

You will live with my sister. She is 32 years old and works from home, but she is also very often with her boyfriend, which means that you often have the whole apartment to yourself. When my sister is at home, Maylo (called Wurmi, 10-year-old Chihuahua) also lives in the apartment. We appreciate a quiet and respectful coexistence. The food is vegetarian. Parties are undesirable.
