Mein Freund und ich machen vier Wochen Urlaub und vermieten deshalb unsere ganze Wohnung für den Monat Februar. Entweder als Ganzes (€1.350) oder als zwei Zimmer: Arbeitszimmer mit Schlafcouch (€590) und Schlafzimmer (€750).
Unser wunderschönes 90m2 Apartment befindet sich im 4. Stock mit Aufzug in einem Neubauhaus (Gebäude ist von 2016). Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer: ein großes Wohnzimmer mit inkludierter Küche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Gästezimmer/Büro.
Das Wohnzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einer schönen Couch, einem 55"-Fernseher, einem Soundsystem, einem Esstisch mit vier Stühlen sowie ein paar Regalen und Bildern. Die Küche hat alles zu bieten, was man braucht , inkl. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc. Der Balkon geht direkt vom Wohnzimmer ab (~10m2), und hat einen Tisch mit vier Stühlen, zwei Liegestühle und einen Grill.
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Boxspringbett 180x220, zwei Nachtische und einen geräumigen Kleiderschrnk.
Das Gästezimmer / Büro ist mit einer bequemen 140cm Schlafcouch, einem Schreibtisch, einem Regal und einem weiteren Kleiderschrank ausgestattet.
Außerdem gibt es einen separaten Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine, ein Bad und ein separates Gäste-WC.

I am going on holidays with my boyfriend - thus, we are renting our flat. Either the whole flat (€1,350) or two separate rooms: Guest room with sleeping couch (€590) and the bedroom (€750).
Our beautiful apartment is on the fourth floor of the building with an elevator. The building is from 2016 - so the apartment is really modern. It has 90m2 and three rooms: large living room with kitchen and a bedroom; the third room can be used as a guest room or as an office.
The living room comes with a nice couch, a 55" TV, a sound system, a dining table and a few shelves and paintings. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need incl. microwave, a coffee machine, toaster etc. The balcony has 10m2, a table with four chairs, two deckchairs and a bbq. The bedroom has a box-spring bed 180x220. The guest room / office comes with a sleeping couch, a desk, a shelf and another wardrobe. You can find the washing machine in our separate storage room. The apartment has one bathroom and a separate toilet for guests. We have an Alexa in every room to listen to music.
Unsere Wohnung liegt in Berlin Mitte am Spittelmarkt. In 3-Minuten Laufentfernung erreicht man die U-Bahn Station Spittelmarkt (U2). Es gibt zwei Supermärkt in Laufentfernung (Netto 5 Minuten und Lidl 7 Minuten), einen Bäcker schräg gegenüber und in der Nähe noch Rossmann, Tedi und eine Apotheke. Die Umgebung ist sehr modern mit vielen neu gebauten Häusern - es gibt genug Restaurants und Bars.

The apartment is located in Berlin Mitte - a 3-minues walk from metro station Spittelmarkt (U2). It is a very modern area. We have two supermarkets within 5 and 7-minutes walking (Netto and Lidl); bakery 3-minutes walking; Rossmann and pharmacy also 7-minutes walking. Several restaurants and bars just around the corner.
Mein Freund ich verlassen die Wohnung für einen Monat - und würden sie entweder als Ganzes oder als zwei separate Zimmer vermieten.

We are usually living in the apartment with two people, but we both go on holidays for a month and thus rent out our apartment - either the whole apartment or two separate rooms.
