Die Wohnung ist zentral und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Berliner Hauptbahnhofs gelegen. Daher ist auch die Verkehrsanbindung mit den Öffis sehr gut. Fußläufig sind verschiedene Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars zu erreichen.
Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich, das Zimmer ist nur an eine rücksichtsvolle, ruhige Person zu vermieten.
The apartment is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of Berlin Central Station. Therefore, the public transport connections are also very good. Various stores, restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
The neighbors are very friendly, the room is only to be rented to a considerate, quiet person.
Sauberkeit und Rücksichtnahme sind natürlich vorausgesetzt für ein harmonisches Zusammenleben. Da ich selbst im Ausland bin wird mein Freund circa alle 2 Wochen vorbeikommen um die Pflanzen zu gießen, da mir diese sehr am herzen liegen.
Cleanliness and consideration are of course a prerequisite for a harmonious life together. As I am abroad myself, my boyfriend will come by about every 2 weeks to water the plants, as they are very important to me.
