da ich bis zum 31.10.2023 beruflich in München sein werde, vermiete ich mein Zimmer in meiner 2er-WG unter.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad, einen Flur und einen Balkon. Alle Zimmer sind vollständig möbliert. Da ich erst vor vier Monaten eingezogen bin, sind alle Möbel wie neu und das Badezimmer wurde erst kürzlich neu saniert.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Mitte von Berlin und ist zwei Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Neben der Wohnung ist ein DHL Shop und der nächste Supermarkt (Aldi) ist drei Gehminuten entfernt.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist Mitte 20 und aus beruflichen Gründen in Berlin. Wir kommen sehr gut miteinander klar und ich würde mir eine freundliche, junge Frau als meine Nachfolgerin wünschen.
Im Mietpreis von 600 Euro sind Wlan, Strom und Wasser bereits enthalten.
Bei Interesse freue ich mich über eine Nachricht :-)

since I will be in Munich on business until 31.10.2023, I sublet my room in my 2-person shared apartment.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway and a balcony. All rooms are fully furnished. Since I moved in only four months ago, all the furniture is like new and the bathroom was recently refurbished.
The apartment is located in the center of Berlin and is a two-minute walk from the main train station. Next to the apartment is a DHL store and the nearest supermarket (Aldi) is a three-minute walk away.
My roommate is in her mid-20s and in Berlin for work reasons. We get along very well and I would like a friendly, young woman as my successor.
The rent of 600 euros already includes wifi, electricity and water.
