Ich miete mein sonniges ruhiges Zimmer vom 14. April bis zum 15. Mai, weil ich für einen Monat auf Reisen bin.
Das Zimmer ist 12 Quadratmeter groß und liegt zum Innenhof hin, so dass es ruhig und friedlich ist. Die Miete beinhaltet natürlich auch den gemeinsamen Raum (Wohnzimmer).

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Gesundbrunnen mit perfekter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr:
Der S-Bahnring Gesundbrunnen mitS41, S42, U8, und S-Bahn Humboldthain mit S1, S2 und S25 und diversen Bussen sind in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.
In 8 Min. zum Alexanderplatz als Direktverbindung.
In 7 Min. zur Friedrichstraße als Direktverbindung.
Es gibt in der Nähe immer mehr Bars und Restaurants und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten am Mauerpark oder Rosenthaler Platz.
Gesundbrunnen Center, Rewe, Kaufland, Aldi, Penny, Bolu und ein Bioladen sind gleich um die Ecke.
Der Humboldthain Park ist direkt vor der Haustür.

Das Haus wird mit einer 35-jährigen Italienerin geteilt, die als Grafikdesignerin sowohl von zu Hause als auch im Büro arbeitet.
In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht, im Flur hat es eine Waschmaschine und es gibt auch einen Keller. Die Wohnung hat zudem einen super gemütlichen Balkon mit Blick auf den Park, wo man abends auch mal zusammen ein Bier trinken kann.
