Hallo zusammen,
da ich für 3 Wochen auf Reisen bin, gibt es die Möglichkeit mein hübsches, kleines Zimmer für 3 Wochen zu beziehen. Die Wohnung hat 2 Bäder, eine Wohnküche, die wir gemeinsam erst renoviert haben, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine... also alles was man benötigt.
Das Zimmer selber ist zum Innenhof raus und hat ein Hochbett mit einer 140m Matratze. Es ist sehr gemütlich dadurch und die 10qm kann man dadurch sehr gut nutzen. In dem Zimmer steht auch ein Schreibtisch/Sekretär.
Die Mitbewohnis sind sehr lieb und offen, alle relativ viel unterwegs, aber da nächste Woche ein neuer Mitbewohner und in 2 Wochen eine Zwischenmieterin für 3 Monate einzieht, ist es noch nicht so abzuschätzen.
Die Lage ist toll! Direkt am kleinen Tiergarten, der S Bellevue und einer Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, oder in 5 min zum Hauptbahnhof, an die Spree oder das Regierungsviertel, bietet die Wohnung eine tolle Lage.
Ich wünsche mir jemanden, dem ich mein Zimmer anvertrauen kann und der ab- und zu meine Pflanzen gießt, das wäre toll! Außerdem vermiete ich für die gesamten 3 Wochen.

Hi all,
I am subletting my room for 3 weeks because I am on vacation. My room is towards the inner courtyard and bright with high ceilings. I build a loft bed, so it is more spacious than it would seem with 10 m2.
The room and flat is equipped with anything you need: in my room there is a desk, we have a laundry machine, a dish washer and a kitchen with a table to meet up.
My flatmates are super friendly and are firm in English, most of them already working.
The flat has a bus station right on front of the house, some walking minutes there is the s bahn Bellevue, where you can choose out of 5 different lines. 10 minutes by bike there is the main station. It is pretty central and you can get everywhere fast.
In front of the flat there is a park, further south 5 minutes walking distance there is the river, with both is nice for a walk or running.
