☀️ Schönes WG-Zimmer vom 04.02 bis 30.04

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem der schönsten Teile von Moabit! Es gibt viele süße Cafés und man kann gut entspannte Spaziergänge in der Umgebung machen.
Die Turmstraße, wo es alle Supermärkte von REWE, DM und Asia Shop über Bio Company hin zu türkischen Gemüsemärkten gibt, ist nebenan. Der Tiergarten und die Spree, der Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten, sowie der Hauptbahnhof sind jeweils in 15 Minuten zu erreichen!

Anschlüsse: U9, S3, S5, S7, S9, mehrere Busse

- Primär nutzen wir unser Zuhause als Rückzugsort. Natürlich machen wir ab und zu gemeinsame Spieleabende oder Clubbesuche! Falls du eine selbstständige Person bist und auf ein ruhiges Zuhause klarkommst, dann kannst du in unserer WG eine tolle Zeit haben.

- Eine gewisse Kritikfähigkeit und gewaltfreie Kommunikation sind für ein gesundes WG-Leben unerlässlich. Falls uns etwas bedrückt oder stört, würden wir das gerne ohne negative Vibes ansprechen können. Genauso, wie wir offen für deine Bedürfnisse sind. Alle sollen sich Zuhause wohl fühlen :)

- Wir sprechen uns ab, wenn wir Gäste haben. Wir haben leider unschöne Dinge erleben müssen, zB. dass Klamotten oder Essen von Gästen der Mitbewohnerinnen benutzt wurden. Auf so was haben wir verständlicherweise keinen Bock. Wir laden Gäste mit Bedacht ein - falls du das auch machst, freuen wir uns drüber!

- Wir achten auf Sauberkeit, räumen (meistens) direkt hinter uns auf und hätten gerne eine Mitbewohnerin, die mitdenkt, sich an Putzpläne hält und sich an einem sauberen Zuhause erfreut.

Hey lovely apartment searchers,

we are Jana (30) and Annalena (28) and we're looking for a nice and calm girl in our vegan/vegetarian shared apartment who wants to live with us from beginning of February to end of April. We speak German and English fluently.
It's an old fashioned beautiful big place with high ceilings. The area and neighbours are nice.


- We primarily use our home as a retreat. Of course we like to chat and exchange - but don't expect an every day chat. If you are an independent person and can live with a quiet home then you can have a great time in our flat.

- A certain ability to take criticism and use non-violent communication are essential for a healthy shared apartment life. If something bothers or concerns us, we would like to be able to address it without negative vibes. Just as we are open to your needs. Everyone should feel comfortable at home :)

- We'll coordinate when we have guests. During your short term rental, it would be great if we could keep it to ourselves.

- We pay attention to cleaniness, clean up (mostly) directly behind us and would like to have a roommate who thinks along with us, sticks to cleaning schedules and enjoys a clean home in general.

- you deny corona or climate change, have racist, fascist, sexist or otherwise discriminatory ideas
- you often consume animal products
- your friends want to hang at yours all the time
- you use hard drugs

The apartment is in one of the most beautiful parts of Moabit!
There are many cute cafés and you can take relaxing walks in the area. Turmstraße, where there are all supermarkets from Edeka, REWE, DM and Asia Shop to Bio Company and Turkish vegetable markets, is right next door. The Tiergarten and the Spree, the train station Zoologischer Garten and the main train station can all be reached in 15 minutes!
