Hello:)
I am escaping the Berlin winter and renting out my room for bit more than a month. shorter would also be ok- just reach out!
The room is extremely big and has everything you need- bed, desk, sofa, cupboard and (if the sun shines...) direct sunlight.
The area is very quiet and we have many supermarkets, nice bars, parks and great restaurants around the corner. U9, T10 and Ringbahn are close-by.
My roommates are both super nice and engaging people. We don't see ourselves as a Zweck-WG so if you are interested in spending time with them that's perfect. But of course for one month there are no expectations.
Ideally we would like someone around our age who speaks English. One roommate is currently working on his thesis and the other learning German and working in a café.
You can smoke in the kitchen, though my roommates seldom do. I would prefer only light smokers.
If you have a pet I can ask the others how they feel about it!
I can be a bit flexible so if you have questions about anything don't hesitate to ask!
