Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß, mit Balkon, möbliert (Schlafsofa, Tisch + Stuhl, Kleiderstange und Kallax-Regal). Der Schreibtisch und der Stuhl auf dem Bild gehören nicht zu dem Zimmer. Ich habe zwei Bilder vom Zimmer gepostet, eins im Winter und eins im Sommer. Im Winter wird das Zimmer dunkel sein, aber im Sommer auf jeden Fall angenehm und kühl. Das Zimmer liegt auf der Hinterhofseite, daher ist es immer recht ruhig.
Ansonsten gibt es in der Wohnung eine gemütliche Küche (mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine), ein Badezimmer und meine Katze Mischa.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 55 m² groß. Da die Fläche nicht sehr groß ist, ist es mir wichtig, eine Person zu finden, mit der ich mich gut verstehe und die Katzen liebt.

The room is approximately 15 m², with a furnished balcony (sofa bed, table + chair, clothes rack, and Kallax shelf). The desk and chair in the picture do not belong to the room. I have posted three pictures of the room, two in winter (1st and 2nd) and one in summer. (3rd) The room will be dark in winter, but in summer, it will be pleasant and cool. The room is on the backyard side, so it is always quiet.
Otherwise, there is a cosy kitchen in the apartment (with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave), a bathroom, and my cat Mischa.
The apartment is a total of 55 m². Since the space is not very large, I need to find someone with whom I get along well and who loves cats.
Die Wohnung ist 10 Gehminuten von S Beusselstrasse und U Turmstrasse entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich Buslinien M27/106/101/123/245 (5 Gehminuten). Supermärkte (Rewe, Penny, Alnatura, DM) sind in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Über mich: Ich lebe bereits seit über 9 Jahren in Berlin und bin 38 Jahre alt. Ich arbeite hybrid (3 Tage zu Hause und 2 Tage im Büro).
Ich bin eine entspannte Person. Unter der Woche bin ich ziemlich gelassen und introvertiert; ich konzentriere mich gerne auf meine Aktivitäten wie Lesen und persönliche Entwicklung.
