The free room has 16 square meter with a wooden floor and a large window to the backyard. It is very quiet. The room is furnished (as in the pictures) and comes with a bed, a desk and shelf. I would clear up some space so that you can store everything. The shared flat has a large living room with a fireplace. You could move into the room relatively flexibly, between 4 and 6 weeks from 1st of February.
Bei dem freien Zimmer handelt es sich um ein 16qm großes Zimmer mit Holzboden und einem großen Fenster zum Hinterhof. Aufgrund der Lage zum Innenhof ist das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist möbiliert (wie auf den Bildern). Ich würde natürlich Platz freiräumen, sodass ihr alles untergestellt bekommt. Es gibt ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch und ein großes Regal. Die WG hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Kamin. Ihr könntet das Zimmer relativ flexibel, zwischen 4 und 6 Wochen beziehen Anfang Februar beziehen.
The shared flat is located in Moabit. You are very close to Turmstraße, where you find places for food. You are also right next to the Spree River.
Die WG befindet sich in Moabit im Westfalenkietz. Ihr seid super schnell an der Turmstraße, wo es viele Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Zuden ist man direkt an der Spree.
I'm subletting my room as I'm handing in my Master's thesis and will go backpacking in Sri Lanka and India. You would therefore be living with my flatmate, Kian (24). We have only recently moved in together. Kian has been living in Berlin for 3 years and is a very likeable and cheerful person. He is currently doing an internship and studies industrial engineering at the TU Berlin. Apart from that, Kian likes listening to music, cooking, doing sports and hanging out with friends.
In general, anything is possible, but there is no obligation! Just get in touch and tell us a bit about yourself! :)

Ich vermiete mein Zimmer unter, da ich meine Masterarbeit abgebe und dann in den Urlaub nach Sri Lanka fahre. Daher würdet ihr dann mit meinem Mitbewohner, Kian (24) zusammenwohnen. Wir beide sind erst vor kurzem zusammengezogen. Kian wohnt schon seit 3 Jahren in Berlin und ist ein sehr liebenswerter und fröhlicher Zeitgenosse. Derzeit ist er mit seinem Praktikum beschäftigt und studiert Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens an der TU Berlin. Ansonsten hört Kian gerne Musik, kocht gerne, treibt Sport und trifft sich viel mit Freunden.
Generell ist alles vorstellbar, aber es ist auch kein Zwang da! Melde dich doch einfach und erzähl ein wenig über dich! :)
