Ich vermiete meine beiden Zimmer in einer 3er WG in Moabit für 3 Monate unter. Das größere Zimmer hat ca. 23 qm und das kleinere 12 qm. Beide sind nach Süden ausgerichtet, super hell und mit hohen Decken. Ich ziehe um in eine eigene Wohnung und nehme deswegen einige Möbel mit, aber das wichtigste (Bett, Garderobe, Schreibtisch/Stuhl, Regal) wird da sein. Wir können gerne bei Bedarf besprechen, was du bräuchtest :) Ansonsten ist die WG mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht: Küche mit Spülmaschine und Esstisch, ein saniertes Bad, Waschmaschine und vor allem 2 super liebe Mitbewohner :)
I'm subletting my two room in a lovely shared flat in Moabit for 3 months. The larger room is 23 sqm and the smaller room 12 sqm. Both have south facing windows and are super bright with beautiful high ceilings. I'm moving into my own flat and already taking some of the furniture, but the most important things (bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, shelf) will be there. If necessary, we can discuss what else you would like :) Otherwise the flat is fully equipped with everything: full kitchen with a dishwasher and dining table, a brand new bathroom, washing machine and most importantly 2 great flatmates :)
3min zur U9 Birkenstraße und 4min zur Ringbahn Westhafen, also super angebunden!
Der größte Edeka Berlins ist direkt gegenüber, Penny, Lidl und Kaufland sind auch nur ein paar Minuten weiter. Merhaba Discount ist direkt um die Ecke! Spätis, Kebap, Cafes, Bäckerei usw. ist auch alles vorhanden. TU und UDK sind auch per Fahrrad und U-Bahn sehr schnell erreichbar.
Im Innenhof beginnt gerade eine Baustelle, aber der Lärm davon hält sich sehr in Grenzen.
3 mins to U9 Birkenstraße and 4 mins to S Westhafen, so very well connected!
Berlin's biggest Edeka is right across the street and Penny, Lidl, Kaufland are just a few minutes further. Merhaba Discount is also right around the corner! Spätis, Kebap, Cafes, Bakery etc. is also all there in the neighbourhood. TU and UDK are easily reachable by bike or U-Bahn.
There is some construction going on in the courtyard at the moment, but the noise is very limited.
in der WG würdest du mit Till und Fabian zusammen wohnen (26 und 29 Jahre alt).
Fabian und Till beide kochen relativ viel und gerne. Wir haben in der WG einen bewussten Umgang miteinander und achten auf die Bedürfnisse der anderen. Wir haben einen rotierenden Putzplan, und achten generell auf Reinlichkeit in der WG. Diese beiden Dinge sollten dir auch ein Anliegen sein.
Fabian (29):
Ich (cis-Mann, weiß) habe in Berlin meinen Master in Wirtschaftsinformatik gemacht und arbeite seitdem als Softwareentwickler (teilweise auch im home office). Schraube gerne mal an meinen Fahrrädern rum, fahre sie auch mal auf ne Tour raus und koche sehr gerne. Mir is offene und ehrliche Kommunikation wichtig – damit steht und fällt meiner Meinung nach das Zusammenleben. Im Alltag habe ich meine Zimmertüre gerne offen, wer also Bock hat kommt einfach rein.
In meiner Freizeit schaue ich eher weniger Serien und lese lieber mal ein Buch, bin sonst unterwegs oder mache Sport (Fahrrad, Volleyball, Segeln). Im Sommer lässt es sich in unserer Nachbarschaft sehr gut herumschländern, ein Bier trinken oder Tischtennis spielen. Dafür bin ich immer zu haben.
Till (26):
Ich bin frisch in Berlin, nachdem ich in Hannover meinen Master in Biomedizin beendet habe. Jetzt fange ich ein PhD im selben Bereich an und habe so die putlitz-WG getroffen. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, vor allem Volleyball und Spikeball treiben mich im Sommer in den Park. Zuhause koche ich gerne und Zocke an meinem pc- oder bemalen meine Miniaturen. Wichtig ist mir ein*e Mitbewohner*in, die frei und offen kommunizieren kann, wo Bedürfnisse sind, sodass wir diese gemeinsam anpacken können. Außerdem ist mir ein gewisses maß von Sauberkeit, vor allem in der Küche, wichtig.
You would share the flat with Till (26) and Fabian (29) who both love to cook!
We try to be mindful of each other and open communication is important in the flat. We have a moving cleaning schedule and try to keep the flat in a (relatively) tidy state. This should also be important to you.
Fabian (29):
I (cis-man, white) did my master's in Computer Science and Business in Berlin and currently work as a software engineer (sometimes also from home). I like fixing my bikes and going for rides and i really like to cook. Open and honest communication is important to me and makes or breaks a good flat-life. I like to keep my door open and whoever wants to come in is more than welcome.
I don't watch many series in my free time and prefer to read a book, otherwise I do sports (cycling, volleyball, sailing). Our neighbourhood is great for strolls in the summer, grabbing a beer or playing some ping-pong, which I'm always open for.
Till (26):
I'm new in Berlin after I finished my master's in biomedicine in Hannover. I'm about to start my PhD in the same field and that's how I met the Putlitz flat. I like doing sports in my free time, volleyball or spikeball get me outside in the summer. At home I like to cook and play video games or paint my mini-figures. What I look for in a flatmate is someone who can communicate open and freely so we can tackle any issues together. Otherwise a certain level of cleanliness, especially in the kitchen, is important to me.
