Ich suche ab Ende Februar/Anfang März bis Ende März eine Person zur Zwischenmiete für mein WG-Zimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock (mit Fahrstuhl) in einem Neubau für Studierende und Auszubildende. Das Zimmer an sich wird unmöbliert sein, da ich meine Möbel schon mitnehmen muss, ich kann auf Wunsch aber gerne eine Matratze da lassen. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer relativ klein, hat aber Platz für alles nötige.
Außerdem gibt es in der gesamten Wohnung eine Fußbodenheizung und wir haben einen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. :)
Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch in Moabit gelegen. Ein Späti ist direkt unten im Haus sowie ein Waschsalon. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka (2 Min) und Kaufland (6 Min) sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen und die Arminiusmarkthalle ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Zu den U-Bahn-Stationen Turmstraße und Birkenstraße sind es jeweils ca. 6 Minuten.
Die Wohnküche und das Bad würdest du mit meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin Malaika teilen.
Das WG-Leben ist ziemlich entspannt und harmonisch, jede macht so ihr eigenes Ding, aber der Umgang miteinander ist immer rücksichtsvoll. Einen Putzplan gibt es aktuell keinen, wir versuchen uns abzuwechseln, was gut klappt, sind aber auch flexibel wenn mal jemand viel Stress hat.
Der genaue Einzugs- und Auszugstag ist flexibel, da können wir uns gerne noch abstimmen, es wäre aber gut, wenn du in etwa den gesamten Zeitraum bleiben kannst.
Besichtigungen (online oder vor Ort, beides möglich) würde ich direkt in den nächsten Tagen machen.

I’m looking to sublet my room in a shared flat from the end of February/beginning of March for one month.
The apartment is on the 5th floor (there's an elevator) in a building for students and trainees. The room itself will be unfurnished, but I can leave a mattress if needed. The room is relatively small, but has enough space for all necessities. There is also underfloor heating throughout the apartment and we have a balcony with a beautiful view. :)
The location is pretty ideal in Moabit. There is a Späti directly downstairs as well as a laundromat. There are several grocery stores nearby, such as Edeka (2 min) and Kaufland (6 min) and the Arminiusmarkthalle is also just around the corner. The Turmstraße and Birkenstraße subway stations are both approx. 6 minutes away.
You would share the kitchen/living space and bathroom with my lovely flatmate Malaika.
Life in the shared flat is pretty relaxed and harmonious, everyone does their own thing, but we’re always considerate of each other. There is currently no cleaning schedule, we try to take turns, which works well, but we’re also flexible when someone is having a stressful time.
The exact move-in and move-out dates are flexible, we can see what works, but it would be good if you can stay for roughly the entire period.
I would arrange viewings (online or on site, both possible) in the next few days.
