Das Altbauzimmer mit hohen Decken und zwei großen Fenstern ist zwischen dem 14. Februar und 14. März für eine Untermiete verfügbar. Die Wohnung liegt ist klein, gemütlich und ruhig. Das Zimmer ist zu einem großen Hinterhof orientiert und hat viel Licht. Außerdem gibt es noch ein weiteres Zimmer in dem meine Mitbewohnerin Johanna lebt, ein Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche und eine kleine Küche. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.
In dem Zeitraum der Zwischenmiete bin ich in Paris. Das Zimmer ist möbiliert wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Ich werde einige Gegestände und meine Kleidung wegräumen, damit du genug Platz für deine Sachen hast.

The old building room with high ceilings and two large windows is available for subletting between 14 February and 14 March. The flat is small, cosy and quiet. The room is orientated towards a large backyard and has lots of light. There is also another room where my flatmate Johanna lives, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a small kitchen. The flat is very cosily furnished.
I am in Paris during the period of the interim rent. The room is furnished as shown in the pictures. I will move some things and my clothes so that you have enough space for your things.

Die Wohnung ist an der Ecke Turmstraße/Waldstraße in Moabit gelegen. Das Viertel ist eher ruhig aber trotzdem sehenswert. Es gibt sehr viele tolle Restaurants auf der Turmstraße (wenn du willst, kann ich dir gerne einige Empfehlungen geben). Man läuft circa 10 min zur U9 und Tram M10. Einige Buslinien fahren direkt von der Haustür ab.

The flat is located on the corner of Turmstraße and Waldstraße in Moabit. The neighbourhood is rather quiet but still worth seeing. There are many great restaurants on Turmstraße (if you want, I can give you some recommendations). It's about a 10-minute walk to the U9 underground line and the M10 tram. Some bus lines leave directly from the front door.
German:
In unserer WG haben wir eine sehr freundschaftliche Beziehung. Johanna und ich sind allerdings beide oft sehr beschäftigt und nicht in der Wohnung. Wenn mal doch, unternehmen wir gerne gemeinsam Sachen oder Reden bei einem Kaffe für eine Weile.
Johanna ist eine unglaublich nette Person und eine tolle Mitbewohnerin. Mit ihr kann mal viel Spaß haben und gemeinsam Dinge entdecken.

We have a very friendly relationship in our shared flat. However, Johanna and I are both often very busy and not in the flat. When we do, we like to do things together or talk for a while over a coffee.
Johanna is an incredibly nice person and a great flatmate. You can have a lot of fun with her and discover things together.
