Es handelt sich um zwei helle, zusammenhängende Zimmer mit insgesamt ca. 30 qm. Die Wohnung hat Dielenfußboden, insgesamt ca. 168 qm, zwei große Bäder, eine große Küche. Bäder und Küche sind möbliert und ausgestattet, ins Zimmer könnten wir ggf. Bett und Schreibtisch reinstellen.
Die Lage ist hervorragend. Keine zehn Minuten zur Ringbahn, fast genauso nah zur U9, nah zur Turmstraße mit ihren unzähligen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, schöne Kneipen, Restaurants und und und.
Es gibt drei sehr nette Mitbewohnerinnen. Gesucht wird jemand zuverlässiges und nettes. Aufgrund des kurzen Mietzeitraums werden aber keine Pflicht-Hobbies und Interessen vorgeschrieben ;)
Die Wohnung mussten wir leider zu Ende Mai kündigen, sodass kein Spielraum bzgl. der Mietdaten nach hinten raus besteht und sodass wir zu Ende Mai auch die ganze Wohnung räumen müssen.
