In our cozy, bright, healthy 4 rooms shared apartment in Birkenstr. there will be a private bedroom available for rent from the 1st of June 2024.
Beside this private room, the rent includes in addition 1/3 of the rent costs for the vast shared spaces and the fourth room which we decided to keep empty to share between the 3 people living there for our extra comfort, so please keep that in mind! The apartment is 104m2 and fully furnished. More than 50% of the apartment's space is kept as shared spaces for all 3 residents. We all share a big living room with home cinema, a fully equipped big kitchen, a big bathroom with a bathtub and a big terrace with many plants for a breeze of nature. (please check out the photos and the discriptions and as well the apartment floor plan. the room offered here for rent is "Bedroom 1" which is located infront of Lou's room "bedroom" and i stay at "bedroom 3"
We want to keep good vibe at home, live like a family, enjoy the home to the maximum but keep the apartment tidy and hygiene for others also to use and take a good care of the plants.
As a start, the room is offered for short term rent (1-3 months), but In case you are interested for longer accommodation (more than 6months) this is cool and desired to find a long term nice flat mates to live with . However, as a start and from experience, there’ll be a harmony-test-phase for living together (1-2 months at least) before we can sign a long contract. In this taste-phase an Anmeldung in the address is NOT possible. So if you urgently need an Anmeldung After the test phase passes positively and if the tenant want to extend their stay for at least 6 months or more, then we can sign a newer longer open end contract and do your official registration/Anmeldung in the address.
Therefore, if you need an immediate Anmeldung urgently, then this flat is not suitable for you.
