The room has hardwood floor and nice high ceiling. It comes furnished with a bed, mattress, desk and chair, armchair, a coat hanger, and book shelf, and I will soon install a closet. There is also a floor, tall lamp next to the bed, and a desk lamp, both have smart LED bulbs that can be turned on/off, dimmed, and change from warm to cold white light, all with a remote control. There are bed sheets, pillows, and cover, but you can use your own too if you want. The room has a door to the hallway, and a door to the next bedroom (the one with crystals), which is blocked by a big wardrobe from the other side, which means you will have your privacy, but unfortunately the noise can easily go through, so we would like prudence with the noise, especially at night.

In the balcony there is a small table and a couple of chairs, we have some herbs there for cooking, tomatoes, and also flowers and some strawberries, so, we would really like to have someone who can take care of the plants, which is basically just watering them daily. The balcony faces south, so you will have good time enjoying the sun in the balcony :)

The apartment is super close to the Birkenstraße U-bahn station, so you will have quick access to any direction of the city.

There are many stores and cafes around, and several supermarkets near or in short walk distance.

I, Carlos, am a Peruvian biologist and I will travel to Ecuador to do the fieldwork of my PhD project. I speak English and Spanish, and I am learning German. You can stay in the room for shorter time than what I ask, but minimum 2 months, and of course I will give priority to those who can stay for longer. Also, unfortunately, I can not give the room before the 9th of June, since that is my travel date.

You will live with two German roommates (female and male). Both are nice and kind people. You will share with them the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway.

The kitchen has all the utensils and devices you need to cook and eat. Kitchen, oven, sink, fridge, tools, cutlery, plates, cups, etc. The laundry-wash-machine is also in the kitchen.

I am looking for a nice, responsible, good in communication, clean person that does not smoke, that can keep my room clean, and takes care of the furniture and plants.

There are shared tasks in the apartment, like the cleaning of the common areas. There is a schedule (weekends usually), although it is a flexible one.
