Hallo ihr Lieben. Wir vermieten ab dem 9.05.18 bis zum 15.06.2018 (evtl. noch ein Paar Tage länger) ein 22qm Zimmer in unserer 4er WG für 462,-€ FÜR DEN GESAMTEN ZEITRAUM.
Das ruhige, helle Zimmer hat hohe Decken, Stuck und einen schönen Baum neben einem der zwei großen Fenster. Wir haben auch ganz viele Bettwäsche und Handtücher, die du benutzen kannst.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3.Stock in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. 2 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Ring-S-Bahn Beusselstr.
Supermärkte (Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, DM, TürkischenSM), Spätis, Park (Rehberge) sogar Badesee (Plötzensee) und alles was man sonst noch braucht gibt’s gleich ums Eck.
In unserer 135 qm Wohnung hängen wir gerade meistens in der gemütlichen sonnigen Wohnküche rum..die Couch unterm Fenster ist so was wie der Ersatzbalkon.
Neben dem großen Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine gibt’s für ganz dringende Bedürfnisse auch noch ein Gäste-WC.
Wir sind Lori, w, 30 Jahre alt und Koni, m. 33 Jahre alt und beide schon über 6 Jahre in Berlin.
Lori arbeitet in der Migrationshilfe und studiert nebenbei. mag gerne Nähen und Klettern..
Koni arbeitet als Ergotherapeut und Musikpädagoge mit Kindern und spielt Didgeridoo und Percussion in einem Musikerkollektiv, probt aber fast nie Zuhause.. keine Sorge!
Im 4. Zimmer wohnt Luke, unser angenehmer WebDesigner aus Australien.

Hi lovely people..we have a big room to rent from 09.05.2018 until 15.06.2018 (eventually for a couple of days longer) for 462,-€ for the WHOLE TIME with all bills included..
It´s a quiet and bright room (22sqm) with high ceiling and a beautiful tree next to one of the two big windows.
We also have a lot of towels and bed sheets that you can use..
The flat is on the 3. floor in a quiet street and is very good connected to the S-Bahn. In two minutes walk you are at the Ring-Bahn-Station Beusselstrasse.
All kinds of supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, DM, Turkish SM), Spätis, a big nice park (Rehberge), and even a lake for swimming (Plötzensee) and anything else you might need are basically just around the corner.
In our 135 sqm big flat we are most of the time hanging out in our cozy sunny living kitchen... the couch under the window feels really like a balcony.. here we also have our -live improving - dishwasher.
Next to the big bathroom with bathtub and washing machine there is also a small guest WC.
We are Lori, f, 30 years old, and Koni, m, 33 years old, both living in Berlin for more than 6 years.
Lori is a Social Worker, is studying halftime and loves sewing and climbing..
Koni is working as a Occupational Therapist and musicteacher with kids and is playing the didgeridoo and percussion in a soundcollective. ..but he is almost never playing at home...don´t worry ;-)
In the 4. room there is Luke, our webdesigner from Australia.
