Zur Möblierung zählen das Bett (140cmx200cm), der Nachttisch, das Kallax-Regal, der Schreibtisch mit Unterschrank und Schreibtischstuhl, die Kommode, der Kleiderschrank, der Ganzkörperspiegel und der Fernseher.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus, das sich durch seine ruhigen Bewohner*innen auszeichnet. Es ist sowohl neun Fußminuten von der Ringbahnstation Beusselstraße, als auch von dem U-Bahnhof Birkenstraße entfernt. Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Supermärkte sind alle fußläufig erreichbar.
The two-bedroom flat is located in the heart of Moabit and 9 minutes away from both the subway station Birkenstraße and the S-Bahn station Beusselstraße. It is 58 square meters big and situated on the second floor of the rear house.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen sind die 28-jährige Grundschulpädagogik-Studentin Nadja und ihr 5 Jahre alter Hund Maxie. Nadja ist eine herzliche, freundliche, hilfsbereite und unternehmungslustige Person. Zu ihren Interessen und Hobbies zählen Outdoor Activities, das Fotografieren, Reisen, Tennis und Ausgehen. Maxie ist ein freundlicher, liebesbedürftiger und ruhiger Mischlingsrüde aus Portugal, den Du in der Wohnung kaum merken wirst.
The 28-year-old primary school education student Nadja and her 5 year old dog Maxie will be your flatmates. Nadja is a warm-hearted, helpful, outgoing, and lovely person. Nadja’s hobbies are outdoor activities, photography, traveling, tennis and going-out. Maxie is a loving, social and quite rescue dog from Portugal. Believe me you won’t even notice him in the apartment!
