Zimmer mit eig. Bad und eig. Zugang vom Treppenhaus in Moabit

Ich suche jemand für die g e s a m t e Zeit (6 Monate) als A l l e i n nutzer.

Zwei wichtige Hinweise vorab:
- du musst bereits an einem festen Wohnsitz gemeldet sein, eine Anmeldung mit meiner Wohnadresse ist leider nicht möglich
- du hast keine Möglichkeit deine Aufenthaltsdauer über den April hinaus zu verlängern

Die Wohnung, in der dein Zimmer liegt, besteht aus zwei Teilen, einem größeren und einem kleineren. Der kleinere Teil wird von dir bewohnt, der grössere von mir. Du erreichst deinen Teil der Wohnung durch das Treppenhaus des Seitenflügels, ich meinen durch das Treppehaus des Vorderhauses. Dein Teil der Wohnung ist durch eine Tür mit meiner Wohnküche verbunden. Diese Tür ist aschliessbar und den Schlüssel hast du. Dein Teil der Wohnung ist ohne gemeinsame Bereiche nutzbar.

In deinem Teil der Wohnung gibt es ein Duschbad, dein Zimmer und einen -wie ich es nenne- Wirtschaftsraum. Er ist eigentlich eine Küche, aber ich habe ihn nicht als Küche eingerichtet. Du findest aber darin einen Kühlschrank, eine kleine Kochplatte nebst Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle und einen Tisch, an dem du essen aber ggf. auch arbeiten kannst. Leider habe ich in deinem Teil der Wohnung keine Waschmaschine, du musst also in den Waschsalon. Ausnahmsweise könntest du aber auch meine benutzen.

Das Zimmer bietet zweierlei Schlafgelegenheiten: es gibt ein geräumiges Hochbett und eine Schlafcouch, nutze sie, wie du willst, meinetwegen -allerdings ausnahmsweise- auch für Besuch.

Es gibt keinen Reinigungsservice.

Meine Wohnung ist frei von WLAN und DSL Du musst den Hotspot deines Telefons nutzen, ich mache es selber auch so. Alternativ steht ein Vodafone-GigaCube zur Verfügung, für den du dir eine passende SIM-Karte besorgen kannst.

Für's Fersehen hast du Kabelanschluss und ich gebe dir einen Bildschirm, wenn du selbst keinen mitbringst, aber einen haben willst.

Wenn du rauchen willst: bitte nur am Fenster. Oder auf deiner Dachterrasse, zu der du über dein Treppenhaus Zugang hast. Wir haben ja Klimawandel, du hast dort gute Chancen auf ein winterliches Sonnenbad.

- you cannot extend your stay beyond April

Sorry for that.

My flat is divided in two parts, a larger and a smaller one. The smaller one is where you will live, the larger one is mine. You`re accessing your part of the flat by the side wing staircase, I`m using the main staircase. Your part is separated from mine by a door (locked) to my kitchen and you`re the one holding the key. Your part of the flat is usable without having mixed areas.

In your part of the flat you have a small bathroom, your living room and a small additional room. Actually the additional room is a kitchen, but I've never equipped it as one. However, there is a fridge, a single e-cooker, a small water boiler, a microwave and a table, where you can eat or even work. Unfortunately, there is no washing machine, you have to go to the nearest launderette.

Your room offers two different sleeping facilities: a sofa bed and a spacious "gallery bed". You can use both according to your preference, also -and exceptionally-for visits, e.g. relatives.

Please accept that there is no cleaning service for your room.

My flat does not have WLAN and DSL, you have to use your own mobile internet (personal hotspot), just like I'm doing. However, a Vodafone-GigaCube is available, for which you can provide yourself a proper SIM-Card.

Watching TV is by cable TV, if you need a monitor, I can lend you one.

Smoking: only at the window, please. Or better: on your roof-top-terrace next door (due to climate change there is good chance of a winterly sunbath).
