Ich vermiete mein Zimmer da ich für die Feiertagen aus Berlin wegfahre.
25qm in Herzen von Moabit - was kann noch schöner sein?
Das zimmer ist mobiliert - Bett, großes Schreibtisch, Regal mit viele Kunst Büchern und sogar Sofa . Alles was man braucht!
Die Lage ist super - 10 min mit dem Bus zum HBf, ca 10 min U-Bahn (Birkenstraße) zum Zoo. Wedding und Prenzlauer Berg kann man auch sehr schnell und easy mit dem S-Bahn(Westhafen) erreichen.
Lidl, Penny und Edeka sind von 3 bis 5 min entfernt. Und klar gibts Spätis und Döner Laden, falls man was nachts braucht.
In Wg leben noch Zwei Studenten - Lukas und Nicole und ein süßer Hund- Loki. Deswegen ist es sehr wichtig, dass bei uns jemand bleibt, der Hunde mag und keine Allergie darauf hat :)
Wenn du 1 - 2 Tagen später oder früher einziehen oder ausziehen muss, können wir gerne darüber reden.

Hello everyone! I am renting my lovely 25 qm room in Moabit from 19.12. to 08.01. for 250 Euro. But if you need to move out one or two days later - thats not a problem, we can talk about it.
10 min with bus to HBF and ca 12 min to Zoo from U-bahn Station Birkenstr. Ringbahn is also only 10 min away(Westhafen) which means that you can very easily get pretty much everywhere.
We have a 3 people WG(Students) and one very sweet and friendly dog, he loves everyone :) But that also means that only dog lovers and people who don´t have a dog allergy are welcome.
Room has everything you need and is completely furnished, thats why I am asking for 100 Euro Deposit.
If you want to rent a room for shorter period of time- that is also possible, we can talk about it and about the price as well.
