Hello all,
from the 1st February I will leave my room here in Moabit, so me and my roommate are looking for a person to take over from that day.
The apartment has 2 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. You will take one of the room, which is about 14m2. The room is furnished with a bed, a nightstand, a desk, a chair, a book shelf and a hanger for clothes. The kitchen is already filled with utensils, so you don't have to bring those if you don't want to. The bathroom is equipped with standard stuff like shower, toilet and sink.
The cost of the rent is all inclusive (Water, Electricity, Internet).
The apartment is located in the central part of Berlin, 15 minutes to the central station with a TLX Bus, 18 minutes to Tegel Airport and 5 minute walk to the busy street Turmstrasse, where you can buy foods and grocery there.
Even though it's in the central, it is also quite to live here. So you won't be distracted by the busyness of the city.
You will live with my Jordanian roommate Suhaib. He works full time, so you will mostly see him in the evening and on the weekend. He is a chill guy, who likes to smoke shisha in his room. He is very helpful and likes to have conversation with people. The language spoken in the apartment is English.
You can of course bring people over to the apartment, but please no party in the flat.
We don't have strict rules here beside cleaning after yourself. Once a week we usually clean the flat (Kitchen and Bathroom) together.
The room is available from the 1st of February. You have to at least stay for three months until the end of April. After that you can talk to Suhaib for longer stay.
