Ich vermiete ein helles, gemütliches Zimmer im Zentrum von Berlin. Die Wonung befindet sich im 4. Stock und das Zimmer mit Nachmittagssonne liegt weg von der Straße im Hinterhaus. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich der Schulhof einer benachbarten Grundschule, man hat also einen freien Blick über die Dächer und keine Häuser vor dem Fenster ( siehe Fotos). Durch die Höhe und da das Zimmer nach hinten raus geht, ist es angenehm ruhig.
In dem Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett, ein Regal und ein Schreibtisch, es ist also etwas spärlich eingerichtet, da die ganze Wg- und Wohnsituation gerade im Umbruch ist.
Die Wohnung ist schon ziemlich lange eine WG und ansonsten komplett eingerichtet mit Geschirr, Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine etc., es ist alles da, was man so zum Leben braucht. In die gemütliche Küche scheint morgens die Sonne hinein und sie ist groß genug, um sich dort aufzuhalten.
Das Bad ist eher beschaulich (siehe Fotos), aber es ist mit einer Dusche und Toilette da, was man halt so braucht.
I am subletting a room in the center of Berlin. The appartment is in the 4th floor and the room with afternoon sun lies in the back of the house. Behind the house is the schoolyard of a nearby school, so there is a free view over the roofs without other houses too near in front of the window. The room is pretty quiet and was freschly painted some months ago.
There is some basic furniture in the room, a bed, a table, a chair and a shelf, basically the essentials you need for living. The appartment has been a WG for quite a while, so there is everything you need concerning kitchen stuff, a washing machine, internet etc. The kitchen has sun in the morning and is big and cozy enough to spend time there. The bathroom is rather small.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, man hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung, eine Bushaltestelle ist praktisch direkt um die Ecke und zum Hauptbahnhof und oder der S-Bahnstation Bellevue braucht man zu Fuss ca. 8 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nicht weit.
Die Spree und der Tiergarten sind um die Ecke und und zum Plötzensee mit den Rehbergen braucht man mit dem Rad eine Viertelstunde, falls man mal ins Wasser springen möchte zwischendurch oder für ein bisschen Natur.
The appartment is really in the center of Berlin, there is a bus station in front of the door and its an 8 minute walk to the next S-Bahn station (either Central Station or S-Bahn Bellevue). There are some supermarkets nearby.
The appartment is very near to the Spree and the Tiergarten and even the Plötzensee, a small lake is only 15 minutes away by bike if you want to take a bath in summer or get yourself a bit of nature.
Das Zusammenleben ist ziemlich entspannt, alles kann, nichts muss und wenn man Zeit für sich braucht, macht man einfach die Tür zu.
The roommates are really easy going and nice, everybody has his own life, but we like to eat together sometimes, have a coffee and a chat in the kitchen, or whatever everyone fees like. If one needs time to him- or herself, you just close your door. There are no rules, just common sense.
Falls Du interesse hast an dem Zimmer, schreibe mir einfach eine Mail. Es wär schön, wenn Du einen kleinen Eindruck von Dir gibst, wer Du so bist und was Du so machst. Du kannst Dir das Zimmer natürlich gerne mal anschauen und uns kennenlernen. wir werden in der nächsten Zeit den einen oder anderen Besichtigungstag machen, wo wir dann nacheinander ein paar Leute einladen auf einen Kaffee oder Tee zum Besichtigen und Kennenlernen.
Tut mir leid, wenn ich nicht alle Mails beantworten kann, das letzte Mal hatten wir so viele Interessenten, dass das einfach nicht möglch ist.
