wir - Mark, 27 und Katja, 29 - suchen eine(n) dritte(n) Mitbewohner*in.
Das zu vergebende Zimmer kann möbiliert (falls du keine Möbel hast haben wir im Keller noch eine Matratze und ein Sofa stehen, die wir hoch bringen können) oder unmöbiliert gemietet werden, ist sehr geräumig und hat einen soliden Laminatboden, sowie wunderschönen Stuck an der Wand und der Decke. Der Blick ist allerdings zu Straße raus im Erdgeschoss (!). Die Fester haben elektrische Rolladen.

Mark (27) and me, Katja (29) are looking for a third flatmate :)
The room can be rented without or with furniture (in case you don't have any, we can bring up a mattress and sofoa from the cellar for you). The room is quite big with a good laminat floor and beautiful ceiling. The window goes out to the street and has electric shades.
Deutsch:
Wir wohnen direkt zwischen S+U Westhafen und U Birkenstrasse (U9, Ringbahn) (jeweils 4 min Fußweg).
Damit sind wir direkt zwischen Moabit und Wedding, also nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von netten Kneipen, Restaurant, dem Kanal usw entfernt :)
Die WG befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (!) und das Zimmer schaut zur Straße, uns gegenüber sind aber keine Häuser sondern ein großes Gelände einer Umzugsfirma und ein Autohaus.
Englisch:
Both S+U Westhafen and U Birkenstr are 4 minutes away by foot, so you are right by Ringbahn (S41/S42) and U9. Moreover, Moabit is a cultural hub of its own and you are living at the heart of it. Right next door are SPOILER and ZKU, places with regular art exhibitions and other events, at Birkenstraße you find plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops, e.g. Tirree which is a cozy coffeeshop by day with lots of vegan options and a nice bar at night.
Even though you are close to everything fun, the apartment is situated in a quite sidestreet so you will be away from any noise. Your window is not facing the street but the green backyard :)
About us:
Mark, 27, studies mathematics and is into culture, art and theater.
Katja, 29, works as a data scientist and passionately travels the world, so she may not be here as much in the next months.
We are a non-smoking flat, smoking is only possible outside (you can go through the window but please close it while you smoke!!).
