Das Zimmer liegt auf der Innenhofseite und ist teilmöbliert. Es gibt einen großen Schrank, Bett, eine Couch, einen kleinen Couchtisch und eine Kommode könnte ich optional auch reinstellen. (Das hier angezeigte ist ein älteres Foto.) Weitere Möbel können natürlich mitgebracht werden.
The room is on the courtyard side and is partially furnished. There is a large closet, bed, a couch, a small coffee table and a chest of drawers I could optionally put in. (The one shown here is an older photo.) Additional furniture can of course be brought along.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einer verkehrsberuhigten Gegend mit fußläufiger Bus- und U-Bahnanbindung (M27, 123 und U9). Hauptbahnhof, Bahnhof Zoo und Schönhauser Allee sind jeweils 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Es befinden sich vier Supermärkte in der Gegend, der weiteste ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The apartment is very centrally located in a traffic-calmed area with walking bus and underground connections (M27, 123 and U9). Central Station and Zoo Station and Schönhauser Allee are each 10-15 minutes away. There are four supermarkets in the area, the farthest being a 7-minute walk away.
Mir ist es wichtig, dass du dich gut mit deiner Mitbewohnerin verstehst. Sie ist mega freundlich und sozial, liebt aber auch ihre Ruhe und besteht nicht nicht auf ständigen Kontakt (momentan ist sie viel im Homeoffice). Da sie ein ordentlicher und sauberer Mensch ist, wäre es mir wichtig, dass du diese Eigenschaften auch mitbringst, zumindest in den geteilten Wohnbereichen. Zigaretten rauchen ist unter keinen Umständen erlaubt in der Wohnung.
It is important to me that you get on well with your roommate. She is super friendly and social, but also loves her calm and does not insist on constant contact (she is currently works partially from home). Since she is a neat and tidy person, it would be important to me that you also bring these characteristics with you, at least in the divided living areas. Smoking cigarettes is under no circumstances allowed in the apartment.
